    The good thingsEstablished parent company. Good name. Prime location. Great repo building with residents and Agents.
    The challengesI believed it is one of Malton Bhd's subsidiary (property arm) that has on-going people issues but no strong actions taken in years. High manpower turn over. Nevertheless, I assisted in my replacement and wish that the environment is changed to the better now.
