    handling incoming calls, handling incoming mail, handling meetinh=g room and backup others staff when they on leave or medical leave
    The good thingsi can improve my language when i have to go backup for others receptionist. Furthermore ,i also can improve my skills on telephone etiquette at the company. i also can learn about environment others office during my backup duty.
    The challengesi enjoy work here because i get more experience being receptionist and i can improve my language when i face it people who come to our office. my challenges work here, is about i need to backup others receptionist when they on leave or take medical leave. sometimes i need to backup far from my house.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues willing to help when requested for adhoc task. Training will provided to enhance the job skills.
    The challengesManagement is bad due of Singapore controlling Malaysia management and Staff unable to get the exactly decision and direction. Managerial level will not to review the staff work task and no improvement for reduce staff workload. Do not expect MNC is great enough and it is was localized. No Annual Dinner, Bonuses and Increament only depends on decision from management not your work performance.
