    Everything's great!
    The good thingsThe people, the boss, the environment, the monthly birthday celebrations, the frequent "makan-makan" sessions for no reason except that it's fun, the trainings.
    The challengesThe salary growth and jump was small and slow-moving.

    The good thingsGood environment, no gap between staffs and Boss, all staffs are like one family, good commission, management very flexible
    The challengesSometimes it is hard to reach sales target but manager and boss is not being pushy, and always discussing on how to improve
