    Many people say treatment here depends on the boss and department.I agree Bias is serious and common
    The good thingsexpanding team, lighter workload, HR is good friendly and help answer our problem, friendly colleagues
    The challengesBias is serious here. No fair treatment , is depends on boss. often get scolded for small thing, management style is poor.
