Good place to work if you want a healthy work life balanced lifestyle
The good thingsEnvironment is quiet and peaceful. Meals and coffee are provided. Trainers are good and will teach you step by step. Advantage if you are a fast learner. Colleagues are friendly and helpful.
The challengesSeems like task distribution is not equal as some people from other team are free to walk around and chatting during working hours. Office dress code are quite lenient as there is people wearing B brand slippers to work everyday.

I am pretty happy to work in this company. Does not have office politics. Suitable for someone who want steady job.
The good things- Work-life balance. - Positive and collaborative environment, colleagues are friendly and supportive. - Company expanding throughout the years I worked here (~ 6 years), which is a good sign that the company is steadily growth. At the same time management have putting efforts to provide more and more employee benefits. - MNC company. Have chance to work with colleagues from different countries.
The challenges- Cannot use mobile phone in office. - In term of work atmosphere, might be too quite for extrovert. - Sometimes have to work during public holidays but the company will pay you well.

A good environment to learn new things
The good thingsMy co-workers are friendly and are a good environment to learn, although it may be too quiet for some people but in my opinion, it is still a great starting for me to earn experience.
The challengesAs we face different document types to handle, we have to be careful on any update and also apply the update when handling cases. But no fear, as there will be a learning period when we going to learn new document types.
