The good thingsAble to know various machine used in production. Conduct enjoyable study and RND with interactive digital machine to achieve what has been planned
The challengesEvery department will be selfish. When newly entered this factory, you are all on your own. Find the material to study yourself. You have to understand work flow, all documents that we should be in charge, what report should be prepared within given time before your superior start pressing you, assuming you understand everything. You will never get unsatisfied answer by asking.

Good for Challenge Seekers
The good thingsThe challenges are good, learn a lot from this organization, especially the Purchasing Department. Managers and directors are good, they will help you if you ask them questions.
The challengesWorking hour is quite long for an office. You can't go back on time (only Purchasing Department is not allowed to go back on time, not sure about other departments but most of them are punctual when it comes to the end of working hour), and there's no overtime paid. Wages are average, but lower for the clerk position.As this company is still using manual system (papers and so on), the process of closing issues is a bit longer as we need to request for signatures manually.
