    Good temporary working environment
    The good thingsteam and friends that are very helpful. I got immediate superior which are very supportive and helpful in terms of knowledge of the job and everything. Overall, I learn a lot from the company on cargo & caleb brett.

    The good thingsNone. Expect the employee to learn all by ownself / No good comminucation between staffs and hire manager. No staff engagement. Must be prepare to work without anyone's help
    The challengesRespect staff. Receiving a lot complaint from customer regarding no response at all from leaders of each department and the staffs.

    The challengesEvery staff should follow the SOP which we called as Core Mandatory Control (CMC) so we need to do all the job in better way.

    Cheerful colleagues & easy to communicate with supervisor & boss
    The good thingsThis is is my first job. Beginning as Temporary Data Entry clerk then my supervisor absorb me as permanent Account Assistant. Good workplace with happy friends. Flexible working hour & environment. Account team no need to do much work as company hired 3rd party to do data entry job.
    The challengesLearning how to liaise with vendor & staff regarding payment. Need to meet dateline. Need to follow auditor guideline.

    The good thingsThe superiors and colleagues are very kind and helpful.it is a place where we can learn and improve ourselves.i 'd learned to be more competence and diligent here.I've been honestly working here although the job is challenging and stressful.
    The challengesI need to adapt,learned and master all my tasks quickly.everything need to be done as fast as I could to meet the dateline.everything must meet company's kpi and clients' kpis at the same time.details in doing my tasks is a must.
