To work here to gain some few years experience is ok but not work till you retires! The good thingsTeamwork & support spirit within dept & also assisted by othe dept.
Learning curve & knowledge can be gain from working here.

i like most is that food at cafeteria is subsidise by company.
The challengesManagement side especially Senior leadership - Site Director & work culture must transform. Corporate side closed one eye!
Procurement & Materials Dept worked like hell & most of their task is Manual e.g Excel with pivot tables, no Automation System in place!
Staff work overload!! Many take MCs.
No workplace flexibility arrangement.
Management practise favouritism, politics, cronyism & race selection!
Office interior is outdated & boring!
