    Management not willing to listen your concern
    The good thingsThey did provide training but actually the training just for western market suitable but not others market that speak different language
    The challengesAlways changes and things do not share with other related department, another issues here is if you did not hit target all commission gone and you not entitle to get it.

    The good thingsYes! It is enjoyable to serve all our clients to give what they needs in terms of office facilities and other management services. We give a formal work spaces for those who entirely involve in high level of serious business with big company and also for the small one. We are globally and once registered, you are entitle to use our facilities around the world!
    The challengesTo create everyday welcome environment to all the clients is not an easy job. You must deliver it with a smile and actively encourage people to work in a happy mode. Challenges like internet,phone line down and payment management are some of the reason why clients are not happy. Give the time estimation and other alternative option for our clients to continue their work even in a very difficult way.

    The Working Environment
    The good thingsGreat thing about working here is that besides getting new experience, I also get to know of my clients, built good relationship with them and able to knor their nature of business and understand how they work and their role in the company. It is a good place if you want to learn new things, meet new people. The superior are also very helpful in terms of giving you guidance.
    The challengesThe challenge in working here is that sometimes you need to be totally independent although it was suppose to be a teamwork effort. It all depends on who your team member are. If you get a good one, it will be easy. But if you get a non-cooperative team mate, then it will be quite difficult should there any task to be done.

    The good thingsI learnt alot of things - finance,purchasing,customer service,emailing clients, basic human resources,administrative. Get to know all Regus staffs all around the world.
    The challengesDifficulty when i had to ensure my work is done more than 3-4 jobs at one time. When you know nothing about your task,you have to take initiative to call other centres to get help.
