They don't distribute the jobs evenly
The good thingsNo good things about this company.
The challengesThey just stubbornly ignore me and don't distribute the jobs evenly. Some senior translators get thousands of job offers, and I get ZERO. That's not fair. I am a good translator, the just chose to ignore me for whatever reason.

    Best work-from-home job
The good thingsWorking from home as freelancer, the company provides greatest accountability in terms of payment and correspondence, and flexible workload assignment.
The challengesThe work requires high level of language mastery. It is challenging to translate especially long sentences split into multiple frames, in order for the translated lines to correspond with the original text. Also, to comprehend the actual meaning of the original text instead of the literal one would require understanding into the context itself. It takes extra caution in translating puns too.
