Bearable, not ideal as a long term job.
The good thingsGood team culture, most colleagues are team players. In-house training is provided regularly. Working hours is until 3.30pm, and seldom requires OT.
The challengesAdministration lacks direction & can be quite indecisive Poor chances of career development Small team, which requires each person to pull more than their fair share of workload sometimes. Lousy staff benefits/ perks. Only basic medical insurance covered, very low yearly increments and bonus.
