    Electrical engineer
    Nov 2023
Kuala Lumpur1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Good place for fresh engineers to learn, and develop their work style
The good thingsThe company is well known in the market. Many projects to keep you occupied. Colleagues are friendly and the highly flexible work culture. Suitable for engineers that are independent, and motivated to learn a lot in construction.
The challengesSalary is disproportionate to the workload (self initiative to complete task after work hour and weekends due to deadlines). Scope of work of an engineer may be unclear, but its a good learning process for fresh grad. The system in the company need some improvement.
