    Learnt the role of a product engineer and the importance of raising ECN, PCN and BOM for every NPI project.
    The good thingsAs I was an intern student, some people are really wanted to teach me the working skills and share thier knowledge.
    The challengesSome employees are performing beyond their R&R but not reasonably paid while some employees are not even performing their R&R correctly, are in higher position and thus there is some delay in reaching customer requirements.
