    A Great Place to Work but Tough (Depends on Your Industry)
    The good thingsLike flat hierachy or management. Freshers, juniors can always get in touch and get golden guidance from the seniors even the directors. Local top level management are also those has been working as recruiter with decades of experience. So they understood your challenges. Everyone treated the same, opportunity given the same to everyone regardless your background. Everyone is respectful to each other. Good flexibility.
    The challengesVery understandably sales oriented due to the nature of business. Will still be pressured especially you struggling to perform. Chance given may still not be enough if your industry in-charge isn't in a good business for recruitment. May need stronger market study for service charge for each industry so that consultants performance are judged properly from internal and external factors.

    Good working environment
    The good thingsGood colleagues to work. Able to learn lots of things in recruitment and also learn Japanese culture.
    The challengesHigh Turnover. Very competitive environment. Need to reach monthly target to survive in this organization. Fresh graduates will have some difficulty since need to work independently.

    The good thingsThe staff are supportive. They provide the environment where you can challenge new things if you want. The management is stable.
    The challengesThe staff must be productive and achieve the target. It might be a bit tough for the new joiner in recruitment industry.

    The good thingsJAC Recruitment worldwide is a green company. They believe that placing talent on the job is like planting new trees. Strong tree is the right candidate and the right candidate somehow will develop to become a company's strong asset. The company has good example of work life balance. Very consistent in finance stability. Company established 22 years in Malaysia. Work environment is productive, fun & focused. Everyone is respectful to each other. Work ethics and good discipline matters the most. The staff are mostly seniors in recruitment role & consistent in delivering guaranteed placement. If you interested to work in a Japanese based company, has proven recruitment skills and very adaptive to changes, this company will take a good care of you and will reward your contribution greatly.
    The challengesTo work in this company you must have the ability to be adaptive into Japanese working culture yet at the same time productive in producing work result. The company valued strong work ethics & high discipline.

    The good thingsWork-life balance, clear direction and goals of organisations, healthy corporate culture and great people to work with. Here, the management wanted the staff to have personal development and skills development which is a great encouragement.

    My first platform into recruitment business
    The good thingsJapanese working culture which is stressing on punctuality and productivity. Highly disciplined. Highly work-life balance as work will be finished within working hours, no OT or working in weekends needed.
    The challengesReporting hierarchy can be more transparent. Team relationship is loose as every consultant is only mind on their on sales, no team spirit. Weak management from the managers where they did not show role model.
