Not a good place to grow and develop career

The good thingsAs long as follow instructions & do what the management wants even there was better and simple way to settle an issue.

The challengesNeed to deal with unclear and many different instructions from different people from management on certain issue. In the end, the matter used longer time to settle. What was said & promised never aligned with what was done.
