    environment really good for me to stay for a long time.but for career and salary improvement i think not so good enough.
    The good thingsAll office mates are very friendly and supportive. really good environment to stay for a long time.
    The challengesno proper direction from the management, staff didnt get increment for more than 3,4 years. only selected person who can "bodek" will get the increment and bonus better than other.

    The good thingsGain so much knowledge about the project management especially on sewerage network and pipe laying works.

    The good thingsThe company having a great, positive and peace environment, supportive staffs and motivative leaders.It is very enjoyable moment working there as the surrounding is positive.
    The challengesAs having lots of big and high profit project, it sure need a proactive attitude with great punctuality and discipline.

    Always force staff to do work for others company (either subsidiary / boss's personal company) w/o paying any O/T..
    The good thingsMinimum office politic among staff but no within the management team.
    The challengesEverytime stressed out worrying about company forcing the staff to work outside of our jobs scope & totally different line from our existing job... (Either others subsidiary / boss's personal company)... When they need extra people & they not willing to pay single cent for the extra manpower needed, they will send out email to force every department must send staff to do that job without paying any single cent O/T for working more than 16 hours on Saturday & Sunday... Difficulties in dealing with all the appointed relative's / friend's company which has totally no experience before with this line..
