    The good thingsThere is plenty of encouragement by the management on continual learning through seminars and workshops. In 2022, the launch of the Wellness Campaign has really made me feel like the company values and respect our mental health. The hiking and badminton events organized also helped me to get to know my colleagues better.

    The good thingsThoughtful employer. Employer with family value. Employer thinks for employees. Variety of activities and weekly Yoga and Zumba classes for employee to enjoy. Once-a-month seminar, talks, and bonding session with simple lunches as part of happy-bonding time. Yearly team building activities. Yearly annual dinner.

Monthly JOS which stands for Jalex on Saturday/Joy on Saturday where there is in-house training, site/factory visits, lunch,.. Annual Team Building for bonding of staff and management. Annual Dinner with recognition for long service staff, lucky draw prizes, games, sumptuous dinner and entertainment.
