Great office environment and system 2. top management open door policy (seriously) 3. compromising results 4. speedy and prompt delivery 5. no demand on overtime and late nights 6. open to discussion 7. freedom of time and work schedule 8. friendly and cooperative staff and relaxed working environment 9. good pay master
    The challenges1. The managers would embark every new projects with new challenges and experience; 2. Time taken to be familiarize with the new team of construction team for each new project. But after a few months the project will be running smoothly 3. top management should listen and consider the staff's advice 4. to have faith in the managers performing the duties
