    The challengesBad culture and politics playing around. Poor management and the management always didn't follow the SOP. Selfish and horrible working attitude of some seniors, unwilling to teach new junior.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues. Lots of thing to learn. Good working environment.
    The challengesOT is a norm although they didn't force you to but the works given are overloaded. No OT claim even when you need to work on public holidays (only one replacement leave per holiday). Imbalance job scopes (some can be not related at all). Encourage and expect us to multitask and still able to deliver good results on time. Need to travel to another factory in Sg. Buloh quite often (more than the days I spent in Shah Alam factory for my case) and the petrol claim rate is relatively low.
