    Stress but worth trying
The good thingsGood working environment with a lot of motivations, good colleagues and leaders, thy are open minded, successful and willing to share and teach. You Get to learn from A-Z sales techniques which is very useful eventho after you left the company. You will get to polish your speaking/communication skills, improve your confidence, and the way you read people’s mind by looking their body language. All sales are individually so no political issues.
The challengesStress, Long working hour, work life not balance. Hence you will get frustrated easily. I do not have much time seeing my family or friends working here. You will see the same faces (colleagues) every single day. Need to meet at least 4/5 new clients every week in order to get sales. Every month new individuals sales target. Basically you will be stressful working here every single day. I would nothing come easy but after all, it’s worth it, you will get the satisfaction when you successfully close a deal, you get high commision and motivations in life as you get to shop without looking at the price. You will aim higher for sure in life!

    Stress- job based on luck.
The good thingsfriendly colleagues, there are willing to coach and help.
The challengesyou basically don't have any "family" "friends" if you work in the company. you are required to constantly attend team building, team dinner, team drinking. you can't take any MC unless you are sick until admit to hospital. you can't take any annual leaves unless you have a good reason. Plus, yes their basic is high compare to any sales position but its only last for 2/3 months and they will reduce your basic back to 2k.

    AMAZING.
The good thingsEveryone in the company is friendly and truly amazing. It has a sociable environment.
The challengeswho am I kidding? It’s a company of its own. The stress is a truckload, but in the end, it will all be super worth it.
