    I was invovle heavily in setting up the SOP and also working through the ISO 9001:2008 certification
    The good thingsIn terms of the salary scale, I would well compensated. From the system perspective, very back word due and it hold back on the performance of the shared service. The stakeholders are pretty tough. I guess the shared service require more support from it's stakeholder for it to excel as other shared services in Malaysia.

Dealing with the client on the phone and face to face for daily issue required me to focus and give the best services to the client and enable me to work with all types of people.
