    The good thingsthe opportunity to work with pioneer internet serivice provider means a lot. starting with web hosting services later to datacenter and forward to cloud business.
    The challengeschallange to meet customer expectatcion and satisfaction. the ability to solve customers problem is the key for any services to the customers.

    The good thingsThey environment is good. People are friendly and helpful but the management is sucks. Top management steal money from company. Previous management don't know how to run a successful business. No marketing whatsoever. NO INCREMENT for 5++ years and NO BONUS too.
    The challengesTo make the business well known to public. But the company already going down the drain. Terminate half of the staff (ard 100 ppl) with no compensation whatsoever.
