    no promotion opportunities at work
The good thingsi didn't find any good things in this company
The challengesThis divergence in leadership has led to conflicting instructions, duplicated efforts, and uncertainty among team members about which priorities to follow. As a result, productivity is being affected, and morale is beginning to decline due to the lack of clear and unified guidance.

Great place to learn, not a good place to stay.
The good thingsVery huge organisation, stable even during pandemics time. Can learn a lot of things from various task and departments.
The challengesCommunication need some serious work. Task assignment need to be clear through out the whole department to avoid tai chi masters to show their skills. Appreciation close to none, work life balance close to none.

The good thingsThe colleagues, they are nice. They always help me in doing the task that I'm not able to do. The salary that I receive was affordable.
The challengesIt needs skills and abilities to persuade customer to buy our product and at the same time to promote and explain the benefits of buying our product.
