A great place to kickstart your career and learn to grow
The good thingsIts a unique experience to work in Jaya One, having a diverse team and meeting colorful clients/customers makes the experience enjoyable and equally challenging. I was able to broaden my network through my work whilst gaining new knowledge on site as well as improving my own skills in terms of communication, negotiation skills, human management, and leadership. It's been a pleasure to work with Jaya One.
The challengesHighly demanding clientele, whoever wish to work in the frontline must require great patience, intelligence and diligence.

A waste of time and effort.
The good thingsA lively place since its a mixed development with places to eat, drink, shop and chill out.
The challengesIts a family run business, which sums it up. No matter how much you pour into the company, effort and successes is never enough and they always want more. Never satisfied but the salary and benefits remains the same. No career growth. Stuck in a dead end job.

    Lower Than Average Employer
The good thingsLess stressful and good work-life balance.
The challengesLess benefits and perks, no salary increment after working for more than 1.5 years, zero career growth. A job suitable for elderly people who wants to just settle down on a company for years until retirement, not really suitable for young people.

only work here if its your first job or looking for experience. not a place to develop your career.
The good thingsnice atmosphere as this place had plenty of shops, restaurants, cold storage but a bit expensive. junior exec like me had to look for the cheap places to eat. had a nice boss who left due to conflict with senior management. kept changing bosses.
The challengesplenty of work because have to support other stafc who left. sometimes have to work late because shops close late. plentu of customers. always changing bosses so sometimes feel like no direction. also very hard to get promoted. no career development.

The good thingsThey always teach me new things and they will push u to the max because if they will see how far i can take the pressure and the challenges that i,m facing here is like everyday i will face a new problems from that i am learning how to handle the events and also i,m learning how to control my anger and i,m really learning how to talk to the Customers.
The challengesI really learn how to handle a event alone without my superior, because they want me to learn how to handle alone and i also learn how to play a role in a team, the task here everyday u will handle something new and until now i never feel bored to come work its like if one day i didn't come i miss something because of that i will challenge my self to come work everyday even if i am sick :)

    Tetap Tiara In a Nutshell
The good thingsUnderstanding Management thus certain flexibilities are allowed depending on the job scope. Potential to grow your wings as you can be exposed to the various organisation functions and perhaps a choice of which career path that you are interested to embark on. Definitely recommended to young and ambitious individual who would like to find out what property development and management is all about.
The challengesAs much as this is an exciting place to work with, you may be expose to some hostile or difficult owners or public. However, one must accept that this is part and parcel of being in this industry. Teamwork and support from senior management is definitely there to assist one facing any challenges in playing their role.

    No career prospects
    The good thingsFlexible working hours
The challengesA lot of politics from the HODs from other departments, lack of communication between departments, upper management doesn't have a clear direction for the company, poor management and a lot of manual and redundant work required
