    A good place to work
    The good thingsProduction colleagues and team is very supportive, Managers are very friendly and easy going to deal with, working environment is good, like a family, zero politics going around, HR team is very professional in handling situations. Overall, a good place to work.
    The challengesHard to get guidance (for newcomers), sometimes felt lost in direction, CEO is very demanding (but take this as a challenge/opportunity to grow), very hard to voice out (in terms of new suggestion and improvement) from executive level.

    The good thingsChances are applenty to explore multiple discipline beside your current function. Traning is provided, internal and external, to broaden your skill. Senior level to mid level management is very cooperative and friendly. Increment and bonus is good when the company is making profit.
    The challengesVery heavy work load and expect to be on-call whenever needed, even midnight or on leave. CEO can be very demanding and border unreasonable and unrealistic demand to strecth one to new limit. Decision changes is frequent and direction can change as fast as wind blow. When company is not making profit, resources are even more strecthed with same level on demand (quantity n quality).

    The good thingsLearn the latest cocoa processing technology and advance programming skill. Good FSSC and HACCP system here. Only limited manpower and thus heavy work load here. Our system is very reliable, always use high standard instrumentation or device to make sure our plant running efficiently and less down time. Keep doing improvement project to optimize our process.
    The challengesAlways got new project to implement and thus new technology to learn. Need to make sure production running in minimum down time. We have to work independently and aggresively. Always work as a team with other sections. Analyze the root cause and propose the solution to solve it in permanent way. Analyze the production data and further improve it.
