    Challenging and fast-pace environment
    The good thingsGood surrounding and colleagues. Everyone here is supportive. A lot knowledge can be consumed as long as you willing to learn.
    The challengesA very fast-pace working environment that needs a lot of strength mentally and physically. However, it is hard to get recommendation and acknowledged by the top-tier management.

    Such a good company if you want to gain some knowledge.
    The good thingsThe environment and surrounding are full with great people. The senior are also very helpful when we do not know something or want to learn anything,they will help.

    The good thingsI manage to learn much knowledge. Those experience and knowledge is making me into a better person day by day. I manage to improve my communication and interpersonal skills which grooming me into a better employee and contribute to the company growth.
    The challengesI need to keep up with the hectic and pressuring working environment which i took it as a challenge since i believe the stress tolerance is one of the important factor that i need to face in order for me to adapt on the current working environment.

    the SOP in the company not consistence.
    The good thingsgood place and experience for new comer / fresh graduate to get a first real knowledge in warehouse and logistics industry.
    The challengesthe SOP in this company is frequently change. there has no black and white documents to implement the SOP. human resources of this company lack of interaction between employee.
