    The good things- Flexibility - Lot to learn - Nice environment - Young culture - For young graduates, it's a good stepping stone because you get to learn a lot of things and the structure is flat. You can even talk to the managing director if you performed well.

    The challengesFast pace environment. It can be both pros and cons depending on individual differences. People who prefer stability might not be able to stay long here while people who prefer challenges and steep learning curve would have a great time here.
