    Salary always late
The good thingsWork environment was very good. Everyone will help and support each other. Friendly staff. Working hour is quite loose but there is no overtime claim if we need to stay up.
The challengesThe superiors have a lot political issues between themselves. They always have problem to make a decision since the relationship between the bosses are not so good. Also salary always got late. As stated in contract will be released on 1st in every month but always dragged till 4th or 5th of the month.

it's a good place for learning but too low salary and benefits
The good thingsworking with other cultures (Japan) open my eyes and minds.Their disciplines and manners are good examples that we can follow. for higher level they tend to changes department to make sure they know overall about managing the company so from there they gain varieties of knowledge and experiences to contributes to company. the company also stable in financial and economy.
The challengesthe benefits is too little. the salary increment is not encouraging. somehow the upper level cannot fight for individual employee salary increment even they say we perform outstanding. since this salary and promotion s based on individual performance, some colleges will tend not to teach any body else their knowledge and experiences because afraid people will take their places and (manager) cannot do so much about it.

My work experience is poor, but the salary is quite high
The good thingsIf you have the mental fortitude to be working 12 hours a day, with no OT claims, you are absolutely recommended here. The agreement is easy, above average salary, with head to knee commitment. But There are so many things that you can learn. What you learned here, believe me, will be a very helpful in the near future. If you can withstand the pressure for more than 5 months, you are ready to be working for international companies out there.
The challenges- working hours - work/life balance
