    The good thingsThere is an opportunity to learn and grow for fresh grads
    The challengesThe Management of the company is incompetent and prioritize themselves over the well-being of the staff. The benefits are on the low-end and the environment is not conducive. As long as the Management continue to conduct themselves this way, this company won’t prosper. Don’t be fooled by the high reviews as they are not legitimate and just an attempt by the Management to boost their image without actually fixing the problem.

    A great experience on mixture of different working culture between Malaysia and Japanese
    The good thingsThis company practices meritocracy. If you are willing to work extra miles, you will have all the opportunities to learn, to expose, and to realize how reluctant you are after being staying within your comfort zone for all this while. If you are a challenger, this is definitely a good company for you to test your limit.
    The challengesLanguage sometimes can be a barrier and expectations between Japanese and Malaysian is totally opposite. For an average people that are only looking for steady work, the working environment can be a tiring and demotivating one. Furthermore, this is a rather young company in Malaysia, management has high expectation for local staffs to work harder in helping company to establish its foundation in Malaysia. Lastly, the culture is very much different, as well as the business model.
