If you want to grow backwards, do join them.
The good thingsNothing much - very basic salary and compulsory benefit mostly. No extra nothing from company- as simple they collect money monthly for any office gathering.
The challengesThis company suppose to be an MNC cause present in other country but since its originated from Indonesia- everything is stuck at 80's. Very conservative, manual and backbiting and closed mindset. They don't appreciate ideas . No proper leadership. No financial year. Don't expect increment yearly.

Good To Get First Working Experience
The good thingsEverything will be introduced one-by-one about the task that has been assigned. Training will be given detailed and repeatedly according to the task assigned. Good management as it has good Manager and Leader in each branch that understand their co-workers and give moral support to improved their sales. This is good for people that want to have first working experience such as school students that just finished their SPM examination.
The challengesThe size of the working area that might be to pack for number of worker to do their task at one area.
