    The challenges12 hours per day, 6 days per week equal to 72 hours and the Sunday OT is necessary so, just forget your social life because when you work at here, this is your life. and working schedule is a mess! seriously they never consider about their worker's welfare

    The challengesEven experienced people cant do it for a long time because the Top management doesn't care about your performance during the probation period. You must known everything in a short time, otherwise you will be asked to leave. The boss will ignore your problem and always force you.

    The good thingsOnly work for 5 days and 2 days off Don't have lots of pressure Colleagues very friendly & helpful They celebrate their worker for special occasions They share big space together without any separation walls but everyone will have their own personal table & chair
    The challengesU must deal with foreign worker that don't understand your language & have limited knowledge U must send leave summary 2 times/month to payroll dept as employees that work over there are more than 1,000 They have many block... so u must learn & know each function of those block They have different kind of job scope. However, if U were trusted with specific tasks, that doesn't mean u only do your task. As a backup of the group, U must know your teammate's task in case he/she on leave or mc
