    Not much increment
    The good thingsFriendly and helpful colleagues, no office politic. Good communication. Convenient working location with parking, restaurant, convenient store nearby. Mostly do Food & Beverage related project. Small but cozy working environment.
    The challengesSmall company so not much growth on job position. Not much increment nor bonus through out the years. Projects is repeating and lack of challenge.
