    Poor management, not think about staff at all
    The good thingsLearn many things about local fruits. The workers are friendly.
    The challengesPoor management, not appreciate employees hardwork, decide things without thinking first and hurt many staff and worker's feelings. Not recommended especially to women because they need to carry heavy things.

    Challenging Job
    The good thingsIt places a lot of emphasis on staff development and provides conducive environment for growth. It values its people, and is an excellent organisation for who are seeking an exciting and rewarding career.
    The challengesThe learning curve can be steep, but this is a common challenge no matter where you are working at. As long as one has the willingness to learn, this challenge can definitely be overcome!
