Existing head of departments is reliable to provide data and link efficient flow of working. Ampang Headquarters surrounded with couples of highways and STAR Train makes easy access.
    The challengesAmbitious to bigger scale need new improvement and revise company procedure and formality. Needs frequent communication and coordination between headquarters, site and concrete factory. Current team need hardwork while company is trying to increase current source and capacity.
