    Great atmosphere of working
    The good thingsThis company consist of supportive team members, working together to expand the business to become the leaders in providing test solution for semiconductor industry in the world. For working atmosphere wise, is a relaxed but challenging. Easy to adapt if you have strong motivation. It's a great experience. Strong bonus provided if you doing well.
    The challengesCo-workers may expect you to catch up fast enough or you might be left out. Work load become gradually heavy when approaching end of the month. Limited benefits except for the bonuses.

    The challengesGetting to adapt with seniors co-workers in QC department or get left out. Co-workers feel bad intention toward upper position. Recommended other department which will fulfill what a life is.

    The good thingsClean and friendly environment. Sufficient car parking inside the premises. Have facility such as well equipped training room. Regular comm session with all employees. Annual company dinner and buka puasa event with excellent cash lucky draw for all employees. Emphasizes corporate social responsibility.

    The good thingsGood working environment, people respect each other, small company meaning you can learn a lot about the industry, kaizen (development) is key here.
    The challengesBenefit wise, should be improved. You only entitled for little medical claim.
