    The Best Company and Experience i have ever had
    The good thingsAll bosses are friendly,supportive,understanding and always treat all staff at a same level, Management side also well manage. All staff are friendly and work together no matter what. Most important is they always open ears and time for all staff.
    The challengesdifficult to communicate and sometimes miscommunication because of different language with boss and staff (Japanese) .
