    not a good place yet not the worst, depends on what you want
    The good thingssalary, benefit and the opportunity to get promoted is higher because turnover rate is high.
    The challengesfast pace working environment, 24hours production line support, weekend need to report to work and management direction keep on changing. it is a good place for mental health training, the working environment is not so good, but it is not the worst, if you can get office work position like clerk, esh engineer, oem engineer, officer, admin, process technical team, safety officer, which is not link to production, it is a good place to work. however, process engineer, production related work, equipment engineer, work life balance might be worst. Afterall, production is the one to generate income, boss will emphasize more from there. good luck!

    The good thingsFriendly colleague, salary still at acceptable level, allowances still acceptable, stable working environment for those who can handle enormous pressure and good career development for those who are good in mandarin and due to high turnover rate.
    The challengesJob scope so wide till cover technician, stressful working environment due to mainland chinese working culture and lousy system, bad remuneration, no hope for you if you are not excellent in mandarin.

    The challengesThe work environment is stressful and challenging. Most of thing need to fast and the system for this company have a lot of room to improve. If you are unable to communicate in mandarin, it definitely you cant really pick thing up.

    The challengesMain communication medium is Mandarin, focus benefits for management level, not listen to employees, very long working hours, endless job, extremely high turnover, double standard for some department.
