    Dreadful and Unsustanable
The good thingsThe colleagues and teammates are helpful in getting the project done. Great camaraderie and communication in the belt.
The challengesYou will not get what you deserve: no promotion, no salary increment, not even a thank you. The company will always hire from outside and never promote and groom people from within. One of the highest turnover of staffs I have ever seen in my working experience. The managers change the goalpost to impossible one and will put the blame on you.

    Not what I expected.
The good thingsWhen I first started there, the team was amazing. Everyone had a unified vision for the company and its goals.
The challengesHiring over. The best practice employed was to hire over current staff instead of training them. It left little in terms of loyalty and appreciation to the current staff.

Wouldn't kickstart my career anywhere else but here
The good thingsLearned from few of the best COs I've known to date during my time there. They always prioritized what made the most sense. The tech stack is cutting edge and almost every tool we use till I left is built in-house. I appreciate that I was left on my own to do my job once tickets are planned out. Good talent is appreciated here.
The challengesSome comments and remarks made by some of the management folks may come as harsh and toxic - polluting the peace and work environment in the office, leaving you the thought of little of room of error can be made in this company.

A working place not for introvert.
The good thingsPeople there are friendly and they will celebrate your birthday and be ready to enjoy slice of cake on your peep's birthday. Work is fun, laugh and play but never miss your deadline if you dont want to get a blow from the boss. The environment is easy going and you will get free flow of drinks. Just remember to make it yourself.
The challengesThey are serious about rule breaking and if you were caught, they will not hesitate to sack you. Apart from tight deadlines and friendly colleagues, there are nothing to worry about.

Pay not bad but u work until u die
The good things- salary scale good (it was- dunno now) - a lot to learn - can be a bit creative
The challenges- mgmt and HR play mean games wif staff - no work-life balance - favouritism of HR even though got proof of mistake - insecure job - you can be let go at any time with no warning or good reason
