It is a good place to work if you are hardworking and willing to learn and gain experience in sales.
The good thingsWorking at JK Technology as a Sales Executive is a good experience overall. The team is friendly and helpful, so it’s easy to ask questions and learn from others. The company also gives you a chance to work with different IT products and clients, which helps you gain new knowledge and improve your communication skills. If you are someone who likes talking to people and closing deals, the job can be quite rewarding. There are also incentives when you hit your targets, which can be motivating. JK Technology probably has one of the best incentives for sales.
The challengesThe job can be stressful at times because of sales targets. You need to consistently meet numbers (that is what sales are for of course), especially when customers compare prices or take time to decide. Sometimes, things may move slowly when working with other departments, which can affect how fast you close deals. You also need to keep learning about new tech products that is part of the job.

    Worst company for intern
The good thingsThe warehouse in charge is nice and friendly. That is willing to teach you about warehouse
The challengesThe management is bad as they only know how to take care Philippines people. Despite all the hard work you in put to help out rush order. With no just 2 full time staff. Plus intern come on lah. With many large order all urgent need. When you only got 2 full time staff plus about 2 intern. The management away last min like to anyhow deploy intern onsite or outsource. When that isn't enough manpower even you complain

    Enjoyable Time at JK
The good thingsAs an engineer, I learnt a lot while at JK. My manager was caring and showed me the ropes, teaching me on the whole IT ecosystem, and how to manage every part of it.
The challengesThe workload is heavy. I get sent out daily to fix customers' issues. They are usually very rude and complain constantly.

    Great Working Environment
The good thingsJK's culture is something that I like. Here in the sales team, even though our salary is based on a commission, everyone is willing to help. The company culture makes it enjoyable to work here, and I foresee myself working here for a long time.
The challengesIt is pretty stressful at times, especially when customers have unrealistic demands. If we want to earn more, we have to work harder.

Too much Broken promises made by the Company.
The good thingsGreat Teammates to help out one another to attend to numerous amt od hardware fault cases. Understanding each other's strength to back up one another and learn new problems ahead to deter it.
The challengesThey made too many promises to many customers that we will be able to attend to their case by the next business day. Supporting many Government Industries, We only have a total of 6 Hardware people to cover the whole area of Singapore. Including Pulau Ubin and Jurong Islands. Other than transportation claims (Excluding Work to home, home to work), 80% Fuel Claims, there isn't much rewards given to me and my teammates for working hard 100% and make our customers happy when their laptops are fixed. Even when we did many compulsory overtimes, there isn't any recognition received. Working here will be difficult to those newcomers who aren't ready to experience many heaps of workload every single day, rushing out to customers, and be humble to many angry customers of there is any. From my view, Sales Team gets the most benefits compared to the Technical Team.
