    Good environment, stressful work by top management
    The good thingsSupportive colleagues, good environment, many friends, many things can learn in production area, high opportunity to sharpen you soft and hard skill, implement all Japanese style such as Lean Manufacturing and Six SIgma. The bonus and increment are very promising, despite their revenue drop, they still give the compensation every year without miss! A good company to settle down.
    The challengesstressful work to achieve product lead time, to manage operator with so many excuse, deal with backlog, reject. Most of the challenge are on the people also. Some of them are ok, some are not. The challenging work are the same with other company also. Even so, it is still good to work there. thank you mr huang!
