    Work life balance
    The good thingsA lot of benefits, can claim almost anything. Suitable for anybody that prefer not so stress working environment.
    The challengesFor me personally no proper job scope. I have to 'find' my own work to do everyday. Opportunity to advance further also limited. Management also need to express their opinion & ideas to CEO & directors, not just saying YES to everything. Contract renewal every one year and sometime for no valid reason around 3 months only.
