    Good company to improve your management skill
    The good thingsGood team and received a good connection with HQ although you at the site. Our top management will conduct and train new staff to archive a company target and improvement. a company always see the improvement of their staff and always give a chance to staff improve their self
    The challengesUntil now, everything is ok, but the problem starts with vendor didn't catch up with work. Need to look at background of vendor before assign a new project that challenge for me to control the site management.
