annual leave given only 8 days. no medical benefit. no increment and bonus.

The good thingsnothing to be good here but u may learn new thing

The challengespay 1 salary for 3 person job task need to be done. no proper handover. no proper work task job scope given and expected people can handle 1 person for 3 person job task. multitasking for nothing.
