    The challengesWhile the overall experience has been positive, one challenge I’ve encountered is the occasional lack of clarity in communication across departments, which can lead to delays or misunderstandings. Additionally, some internal processes could benefit from further streamlining to improve efficiency. At times, workloads can become intense during peak periods, which may affect work-life balance.
