    The challengesBad and toxic culture, messed. Working here in almost 2 years, there was 30++ people left the job. And is just small company less than 50 people working here. Think about it. The payment of salary is too late than the date that the company need to pay to employees

    The good thingsFew colleague are friendly & helpful
    The challengesRushing, re-do of my task like going no where. No work balance here. The stress from the bosses, the top management & work environment unbearable. I joint as operation team but end up work like operation robots, no brainer needed here, just do. Many overlapped job, double job and none efficient at all. Seems like Stone Age. Never think of staff workload and staff concerned. No proper direction and process made me completely lost. Most tiring is they love to blame but issue doesn’t resolve.

    The challengesPolitic environment, bosses and top management level always changing direction. Does not have career development and nothing to learn in this company. A lot of staff turnover due to high stress and bad management. Small company still want down sizing.

    The challenges1. Not much to learn for IT department (Web/App), no progression for your creativity & knowledge 2. Top management never listen to employee opinions 3. High turnover for small company 4. Too much politics till cannot breathe at all turn to negative environment 5. Do not expect high yearly increment and no bonus 6. Work stress from the boss who constantly changing direction/mind 7. The bosses and VP - Incompetent leadership with worst attitude. No clear directions, resulting to job inefficiencies.
