    Work life and personal life will be balanced. However, its 5.5 working days company.
    The good thingsmanagement is good. they know what they are doing and what they need to know. Even the directors get into management and department meeting.
    The challengesNo benefits at all. No company dinner. no parking. no OT. 16 days of annual is the maximum.

    The challengesWorkload, rest time need to work then prepared yourself to be charged by company for everything that been delayed even no container no they will charge you.

    The good thingsGain new experience and knowledge. Learn how to communicate with colleagues and customer. Learn to solve problem and working efficiently to ensure customer satisfied with the services. Learn how to handle the staffs to ensure jobs been effectively done
    The challengesWorking six days is not so good for a fresh graduate. Don't have enough time to balance work and life. Need to work individually without supervision really challenges me as a fresh graduate. On call to ensure production can run smoothly without any delay.
