    A good place to learn, but not for long.
    The good thingsStarting very great, but the environment changing to negative at the end of my journey. Friendly environment, staff treat each others as family. Flexible in doing ibadah including praying.
    The challengesObjective and directions by the managements were not clear. Directions keep changing, and need to support even personal premises for some of the managements. People start to leave.

    The good thingsFun and enjoy the job, excellent and participating and good environment with other colleague some how rather learn something from zero to hero. Experience and knowledge which is better than nothing. Its really meaningful and achievement something from the bottom up satisfied with the work that have done a secretary.
    The challengesTime line from superior and client. Knowing client and management that it brought some experience and an advantage from others is making with different culture and patient life..     If u can live with family matters in your daily life than u are in the right place
    The good thingsSalary and benefit are competitive. Environment was suitable for retirement. Good place to gain experience because they provide hands on exposure to all staff.
    The challengesdue to the owner family member are working in the company and hold special position, all staff have limitation to become creative and open or transparent to each other. A Successful company never involve with too many family member in a single entity, because it will bring conflict of interest. Power and money can change people's attitude, lack of professionalism among family member have cause staff to loose interest to become more proactive and working with good spirit.
