    Good opportunity to learn
    The good thingsThe challenges comes from the workline I'm in is a very good lesson. The company is heading into a right direction but due to the change of management, few of plans for the benefit of the company took a step back.
    The challengesChaning of new management and the payment and staff benefit was not revised even you had worked hard for the company. Need to change the payment system and staff benefits.

    The good thingsGet to learn a lot of things here, gained new experience each and every day because my field is HRD which is more to learning and development but i'm being placed at HRM department and specifically at Recruitment Unit, so i get to learn about recruitment and selection process. It gave me such a great experience!

    The good thingsFeel the vibe of working with one of the big corporate company in Malaysia. The Great things is I am able feel the actual everyday routine of the employee and get advice from the expertise of the company.
    The challengesAs a big company, there so much work to do. Your day is going to fill with work and time given may be short to accomplish all the task given but it is nice when you are learning how to manage your time.

    The good thingsSetiap Kerja kita ada skop kerja masing-masing, Banyak kelebihan yang ditawarkan (ikut terma & syarat) seperti klinik panel, hospitalisasi, khairat, ditanggung insurans, bonus dan lain-lain. Terdapat kelab-kelab & persatuan-persatuan ditubuhkan seperti kelab catur, bola jaring dan lain-lain Anggota Pekerja turut didedahkan dengan pelbagai kursus semasa berkhidmat.
