    Employee is expendable
    The good thingsCo-workers are very helpful and fun. Feels like family. Enjoy only when no boss is around.
    The challengesThis is a family-run business. You will feel like living in misery if you work directly under the bosses there. Salary very low below market value. Stress level very high. Have to work extra hours without compensation, almost daily. Jobscope way beyond your position and your pay. Difficult to get leave, mc also difficult. Expect having no employee benefit and rights.

    The good thingshelpful staff and guidance from a colleague. The workload gave me the opportunity to do many different tasks at the same time and let me experience something new.

    The good thingsI love the environment in here, is more like family regardless what position you are. No one doesn't look so high or so low. The top management will always acknowledge you for something you did good.
