The challengesThe most challenge things for me is the people management. I need to manage well for their job, giving the guidance and advice whenever necessary. And some elder worker who has some disciplinary/attitude matters, which is most challenge part to educate them. The more challenge I have, the fastest experience I gained. Thanks!
